About This Scholarship
Awarded to Pre-healthcare majors, pre-med, pre-dental etc. Student must have a 3.0 GPA and be in their junior or senior year.
The Physical Sciences Department requires additional information for any Physical Science scholarship. Please fill out the following form ONLY ONCE per academic year to be considered for any Physical Science scholarships
