Will be awarded to outstanding students that are economically, physically and mentally disadvantaged, and who have proven record of academic achievement of at least 2.5 GPA. When selecting grantees, the scholarship committee shall place importance in granting those scholarships to those students who, without economic assistance through these scholarships, would have a difficult time attending an institution of higher education.
