Donor Biography

Marilyn Tebbs Bulkley was born January 9th, 1952 to Arthur Riggs Tebbs and Wenda Mae Daley Tebbs in Panguitch. She lived in Panguitch with her husband Russell Bulkley. She passed away due to complications from a minor surgery at the young age of 59. Marilyn was a Panguitch High School graduate and attended Utah State University. She received her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Southern Utah University, and retired from Panguitch Elementary School where she taught for 28 years. She was working at Bryce Canyon National Park for the National History Association as the Education Outreach Specialist at the time of her passing. Marilyn touched many lives through her teaching and love for education.

Scholarship Criteria

Will award students from the College of Education. Preference will be given to those with financial need to a junior or senior whose goal is to become a school teacher. Preference should be given to a student from Garfield County.
