Course Description

This course is designed for you to come to a better understanding of yourself, what you have to offer the world, and what the world has to offer you. The structure is based on the work by Doctors Vaughn and Hammock in 1999 from the Career Diamond Model. We will begin first with expanding self-awareness and then move forward with expanding occupational awareness and differentiating occupational information. Afterward, we will construct a plan to achieve academic and vocational goals. The course will teach tools, resources, and skills, geared toward proper exploration and will allow you to engage in a culture of exploration.
