Southern Utah University’s Regional Services Office is hiring talented students to join the creative team powering the One Utah Summit — the state’s premier business and leadership event, hosted October 6–8, 2025, at SUU.

You'll work under the guidance of Regional Services’ Communications & Media Manager to help deliver a high-quality event experience by providing VIP-level service for mainstage speakers by coordinating onboarding, managing logistics, and ensuring an outstanding experience from pre-event prep to onsite hospitality. This internship offers the chance to build your resume and professional network through high-level event coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and compile speaker packets (schedule, hotel, parking, contact info).
  • Coordinate onboarding and serve as a speaker liaison.
  • Organize welcome gifts and green room setup.
  • Provide concierge service for VIPs during the Summit.
  • Draft follow-up communication and gather speaker content.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Reliable and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with logistics, hospitality, or event planning a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
